MIL-PRF-29598, PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION, FILM, PROTECTIVE, LEADING EDGE (PRESSURE-SENSITIVE) (10 OCT 1996)., This specification establishes the requirements for rain erosion resistant films with a pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for exterior applications where protection from rain erosion and abrasion are desired. The films maybe applied to flat, curved, or compound surfaces.
