【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasures,applicabletoEDMequipmentandEDMsystem(e.g.forsparkerosion-sinking,sparkerosion-wirecutting),tobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,construction,installationand/orsupplyofsuchequipment.Thisstandardalsoincludesinformationtobeprovidedbythemanufacturertotheuser.2Thedesignrequirementsofthisstandardshallnotapplytoarcerodingandelectrochemicalmachiningequipment.3Thisstandardtakesaccountoftheintendeduseinnormalworkshopenvironmentandnon-explosiveatmospheresincludinginstallation,setting,maintenance,repairanddismantlingforremovalordisposalofEDMequipment.4ThisstandardalsoappliestoauxiliarydevicesessentialforEDMprocessing.5Thisstandarddealswithspecifichazardsdefinedinclause4,Table1,andthemeasuresofpreventioninclause5,Table2.6Thisstandardappliestomachinesbuiltafteritsdateofissue.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
