【摘要】:ThispartofISO12176specifiesperformancerequirementsforelectrofusioncontrolunitsforusewithpolyethylene(PE)electrofusionfittingsforthesupplyofgaseousfuelsorfortheconveyanceofwaterforhumanconsumption,includingrawwaterpriortotreatment,andfortheconveyanceofwaterforgeneralpurposeorotherfluids.Thecontrolunitsaredividedintothreeinputvoltageclasses:SVLV[safety,veryIowvoltage(upto50V)],LV[Iowvoltage(50Vto250V)]andHV[highervoltage(250Vto400V)].ThispartofISO12176isapplicabletoelectrofusioncontrolunitsdesignedforuseintheconstructionofjointsbetweenPEpipesandfittingsconformingtoInternationalStandardsforthesupplyofgaseousfuelsorfortheconveyanceofwater,wherethenormaloperatingtemperatureofthecontrolunitisintherange-10~Cto+40~C.Iftemperaturesoutsidethisrangeareexpected,suitableoperatinglimitsaresubjecttoagreementbetweenmanufacturerandpurchaser.ThispartofISO12176isapplicabletocontrolunitswithcurrentorvoltagecontrolforfittingsystemsbasedonstandardresistancewireheatingtechnology.
