【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminethevulcanizationcharacteristicsof(vulcanizable)rubbercompounds.Thistestmethodmaybeusedforqualitycontrolinrubbermanufacturingprocesses,forresearchanddevelopmenttestingofraw-rubbercompoundedinanevaluationformulation,andforevaluatingvariousrawmaterialsusedinpreparing(vulcanizable)rubbercompounds.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheuseoftheoscillatingdiskcuremeterfordeterminingselectedvulcanizationcharacteristicsofvulcanizablerubbercompounds.1.2ISO3417isverysimilartothistestmethod.Ithasminortechnicaldifferencesthatarenotconsideredtobesignificant.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
