【摘要】:Thisdocumentprescribesrequirementsforthedesign,materials,construction,assembly,inspection,andtestingofpipingtransportingliquidsbetweenproductionfacilities,tankfarms,naturalgasprocessingplants,refineries,pumpstations,ammoniaplants,terminals(marine,rail,andtruck),andotherdeliveryandreceivingpoints.Pipingconsistsofpipe,flanges,bolting,gaskets,valves,reliefdevices,fittings,andthepressure-containingpartsofotherpipingcomponents.Italsoincludeshangersandsupports,andotherequipmentitemsnecessarytopreventoverstressingthepressure-containingparts.Itdoesnotincludesupportstructuressuchasframesofbuildings,stanchions,orfoundations,oranyequipment.RequirementsforoffshorepipelinesarefoundinChapterIX.AlsoincludedwithinthescopeofthisCodeare(a)primaryandassociatedauxiliaryliquidpetroleumandliquidanhydrousammoniapipingatpipelineterminals(marine,rail,andtruck),tankfarms,pumpstations,pressurereducingstations,andmeteringstations,includingscrapertraps,strainers,andproverloops(b)storageandworkingtanks,includingpipe-typestoragefabricatedfrompipeandfittings,andpipinginterconnectingthesefacilities(c)liquidpetroleumandliquidanhydrousammoniapipinglocatedonpropertywhichhasbeensetasideforsuchpipingwithinpetroleumrefinery,naturalgasoline,gasprocessing,ammonia,andbulkplants(d)thoseaspectsofoperationandmaintenanceofLiquidPipelineSystemsrelatingtothesafetyandprotectionofthegeneralpublic,operatingcompanypersonnel,environment,property,andthepipingsystems.
